Nước Mấm Chấm – Vietnamese Fish Sauce Dipping Sauce

Ingredients
Makes 1 1/4 cup
1 cup warm water
1/4 cup fish sauce
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1/2 lemon juice
2 red chillies, finely chopped
Method
In small bowl, add garlic, chillies and vinegar. Set aside.
