Nước Mấm Chấm – Vietnamese Fish Sauce Dipping Sauce

Ingredients
Makes 1 1/4 cup
1 cup warm water
1/4 cup fish sauce
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1/2 lemon juice
2 red chillies, finely chopped
Method
In small bowl, add garlic, chillies and vinegar. Set aside.
In another bowl, add water, sugar, fish sauce. Mix until all the sugar are dissolved.
Combine the garlic and chillies mixture into fish sauce mixture and stir well.
Store in a tightly sealed jar in the fridge for a couple of days.
